Module 1: FSMA, FSIS, FDA and Food Safety; Why Sanitation Is Critical

Overview:

This module introduces the Food Safety Modernization Act, a result of the 2011 Listeria outbreak. It is the legislation that directs food safety practices and aims to prevent, rather than react, to food borne illnesses.
