  • very rarely get feedback, and when we do it’s high stakes. feedback is VALUABLE, observing others is also valuable, outsiders lens, expert blind spots, imagine the improvements!
  • introduce TEF
  • individual – formative – learning for both parties
  • departmental – summative
  • arrow image, low stakes, high stakes

How?

  • individual – formative – allude to part of the 4-step process of developing your teaching – introduce 4 step and it’s in step 3
  • departmental – also part of the process – in step 4
