About this Facilitation Guide
This guide is based on the implementation of the Teaching Squares Peer Observation Program facilitated by the Institute for Learning & Teaching (TILT) at Colorado State University. The CSU Teaching Squares program integrates the CSU Teaching Effectiveness Framework as the central component to the peer observation and feedback experience. The guide is designed so that faculty groups can run their own Teaching Squares program. For the best experience, we recommend that users follow the timeline and agendas as designed in the guide.
