Teaching Squares is a 16-hour commitment spread over 12-weeks. The table below outlines the timeline with associated events and materials.

  • Participants
    • Review the Pre-observation Meeting Agenda.
    • Each participant shares a copy of the desired observation form with Section 2: Background Information completed.
    • Share the course syllabus with others in square.

3-5

Squares Conduct Observation Cycle #1 (~50 mins x 3 colleagues)
  • Participants
    • Discreetly observe the classroom of each colleague.
    • Complete the appropriate observation form for each colleague.
    • Save the completed observation form and bring it to Post-observation Meeting #1.

Group Post-observation #1 Meeting (90 mins)

8-10
